Macquarie Collections Group provides an online, internet based system (Extranet) that allows clients to input new debts, to view full file history and to communicate directly with their Account Manager.
This is a free service and we guarantee it will save you time and money and will be the way of the future. You can access the Extranet 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
At any time you are able to learn what your Account Manager has done, or is in the process of doing, on your matter/s under instructions to Macquarie Collections. The screen that the extranet brings to your desktop is the same as your Account Manager. Ostensibly you are sitting right beside your Account Manager, or any of our assistants, watching what we are doing on your behalf.
Further, if you do not like what you see - or perhaps you do like what you see - then you too are able to enter notes into our operating software and email direct to your Account Manager from the Extranet advising your Account Manager of your notes and to review.
