Terry Brown
Group Managing Director – NSW

Terry spent 15 years in the credit management industry which was an invaluable rounding to his successful 30 years in the debt collection industry. Terry managed a number of very successful national mercantile agencies before starting Macquarie Collections in NSW 20 years ago. Through a number of acquisitions and alliances, Macquarie has grown to the National Company it is today and in April 1994, Terry was appointed CEO of the Group, and heads up the NSW office.

Lyndall McIntyre
National Business Development Manager – NSW

Lyndall has been in the credit and collection industry for 24 years as a credit manager, account manager and client relations specialist.  Her no nonsense – tell it how it is approach to prospective clients is well received and her intricate knowledge of debt recovery procedures means that a visit to an existing client achieves much more than a cup of coffee and a friendly chat.

Alan Cladingboel
Managing Director – Victoria

Alan began his working career with The NSW Magistrates Courts where he worked to the position of Chamber Magistrate/Clerk of Petty Sessions.  He then managed a number of legal firms specialising in litigation, where his experience and knowledge has been decisive in our company’s continued success.

Since then Alan has spent nearly 30 years managing mercantile agencies and it is through his foresight, determination and skill that we now have office systems and computer programs second to none in the mercantile industry. He heads up the Victorian office.

Mario Ciavarella
Operations/Collection Manager Victoria

Mario has over 23 years’ experience as an accounts manager in the debt collection industry. His experience and thirst for knowledge, together with his unique respect for people, makes him we believe, the best operations manager in the industry. Mario is just as comfortable explaining to a debtor the benefits of priority payment to our client, as he is in explaining to our client the advantages and pitfalls of issuing bankruptcy proceedings against the Debtor.

The law firm Peter Winters & Co represents Macquarie’s clients in New South Wales. The firm’s principal is Vicki Pepyat and Vicki works almost exclusively for Macquarie’s clients.

Prior to completing her law degree, Vicki engaged in various occupations which gave her a valuable insight into the real world.

Peter Winter & Co specialises in debt collection matters and Vicki is an expert in debt collection and commercial litigation.

Vicki regards Macquarie’s clients as her own and is particularly mindful of prompt, cost effective legal representation.

VICTORIA

The Law Firm Michael Sandor & Associates represents Macquarie’s clients in Victoria. The firm’s principal is Michael Sandor.

Michael was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1985 and following experience in a medium tier law firm commenced partnership in 1992 and thereafter his own firm in 1997. Michael now practices predominantly in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery in all jurisdictions ranging from the Magistrates Court to Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions.

Michael and his firm are committed to provide quality services with a view to timely, cost effective and favourable resolution of disputers whilst always having the clients’ interests at the forefront.
