Our 'in house' solicitors are Peter Winters & Co. in NSW and Michael Sandor & Associates in Victoria. The Principal for Peter Winters & Co. is Vicki Pepyat and the Principal of Michael Sandor & Associates is Michael Sandor. Both firms have been retained by Macquarie for over 17 years.

Being associated with a law firm that regards Macquarie clients "as its own" gives Macquarie  clients access to a legal service that is willing (with clients instructions) to settle matters rather than commit clients to expensive (and often unnecessary) litigation costs.

However, when litigation is necessary you know that your interests are being well served and you will not need a 'kings ransom' to settle you Solicitors account.
